We understand that problems can happen. That’s why we’re committed to resolving any issues with damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items quickly and efficiently.
✅ What We Cover
We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
There’s a printing error
You received the wrong size, color, or design based on your original order
That said, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got your back. In the rare case of a production or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
To start the process, please include:

A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
From there, we will submit the issue directly to Printify using their Order Issue Submission Form on your behalf. You don’t need to fill out anything — we’ll take care of everything and keep you updated.
